Poppy Bouelvard- Grouchy-Pants

The third inhabitant of Poppy Boulevard. Drew this while playing a game online so the lines are a bit wonky.

Sir Archibald Maximillion Grouchy-Pants III Esquire is Oscar the Grouch's cousin. During his youth, Grouchy-Pants invested in several large corporations that payed off. He now is the richest member of the Grouch family, which is why he lives in the Grouch equivalent of a mansion... a dumpster. He has been planning on moving into the trash dump in the future. Grouchy-Pants is a mean like all of the Grouches but talking to him he seems more snobby then mean.

I based Grouchy-Pants on your stereotypical million person. He has an English accent, laughs at "commoners", (I say Satchmo do you know what is funny? Commoners! Ha-ha-ha-ha! Oh yes that's rich! Almost as rich as I am my, dear boy), and wears a fluffy bathrobe most of the time. He drinks shampagne and never leaves his dumpster for any reason unless it gets picked up by a trash truck by mistake. Grouchy-Pants did not paint "Make Love Not War" on his dumpster... it's Graffiti.
